Renter is responsible for
- Set-up and tear-down
- Trash removal — the Grange has no on-site dumpster, so all trash leaves with you
- Dust-mop the floor
- Keep the parking lot free of litter

How do I check availability?
Send us your preferred date, type of event, and estimated guest count. Our volunteers will confirm availability; an email or text does not reserve a date.
What does it cost to rent the hall?
Friday or Saturday is $1,000. Sunday through Thursday is $400 for a 4-hour rental, plus $100 per additional hour and $160 if alcohol is served. A $300 security and cleaning deposit is separate and returned after the event. All events end at 11 PM and event liability insurance is required. Rates are effective January 2027.
Can I visit the hall first?
Ask about arranging a walkthrough when you email or text us.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Alcohol is permitted only through a pre-approved vendor, with a vendor and security agreement. No self-serve, shots, or BYOB. Describe your plans when you write or call and we will go over the current requirements.
